Yes, yes, I know there is a new post here and I bet all of you really don’t believe it is true. Well, the real truth of the matter is next week sports FINALLY start to get interesting for me again because the football season gets in full effect and next week the posts will again start to flow with hilarity and regularity! Everybody’s favorite know it all of the know nothings, the weekend warrior, will return next week with a vengeance and will now be known as “The FAQ” as in “Friday Afternoon Quarterback”. And after the sports dude spends a weekend watching his always side splitting picks come true you will get the follow up post on Monday’s known as “The MAQ” as in “Monday Afternoon Quarterback.” I know, it is a gimmick, but if I don’t start using them then this sight might really start to be bad, if it wasn’t bad enough already!

Just a couple quick thoughts here on the state of things, how about them Tigers? They have finally guaranteed themselves a winning season for the first time since the advent of the telephone, or was it electricity? The point is, take your pick, it was too damn long no matter which way you slice it. And, for another interesting tidbit, the Tigers have (including tonight) 36 games left, so for arguments sake let us say they play at .500 the rest of the way and go 18-18 down the stretch. Do the math folks, which is a 99-63 mark on the season, is it safe to say that they have a pretty good chance to make the playoffs? I am not saying they are in, the sports dude is not going to be the one to jinx it, and all I am saying is the numbers make me feel a little better. Besides, I think they will hit the triple digits in the win column, just don’t tell them that because I don’t want to put pressure on them.

Lastly, even though I am a huge U of M fan, this makes me extremely happy… this bastard deserves every bit of crap that he gets because to me he is the Judas of Wolverine football. Here is the link, go to hell Henson!

Oh, and one last thing, school starts up again for me here in two weeks, so you know the sports dude is going to be back… where the hell else am I going to talk about all the hot chicks? You know you guys miss my weekly hot chick updates and with three classes this semester as opposed to two last semester the odds are even better that the sports dude will find another hot chick to blog about here!
